Fall Festival FAQ's

What days are you open and hours of operation?arrow icon

The Festival will close promptly at 6:30 to prepare for our Zombie Adventure. All attractions will shut down at that time. The final wagon rides of the day will be 30 minutes before closing.

Can I come anytime during the hours of operation, or do I need to come right at opening?arrow icon

You can attend the Festival anytime on the day of your ticket; however, keep in mind that the last wagon rides of the day will be 30 minutes before closing.

What if it rains and I have already purchased tickets?arrow icon

All tickets are non-refundable. However, if the Festival closes due to rain, customers may reschedule for another day during the Festival dates.

Will there be food for sale during the Festival?arrow icon

Yes! Tulsa Trails West Fall Festival concessions will be open, offering drinks and snacks! Prices will be posted at the admission area, and food tickets may be purchased at the admissions area.

Is smoking allowed at the Festival?arrow icon

No, smoking is not permitted in any area of the festival. There are so many trees and dry grass that make it too dangerous.

What should I wear?arrow icon

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, and due to it being a wooded area, we highly recommend wearing closed-toed shoes.

Will there be places I can take family photos?arrow icon

Absolutely! We have numerous areas that are perfect for photos.

Zombie Paintball FAQ's

What nights and hours are the rides?arrow icon

Friday & Saturday Nights

October 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th

Rides depart at the following times:
7:30pm / 8:10pm / 8:50pm / 9:30pm

What time should I arrive?arrow icon

You must be ready in line 15 minutes before your ride time starts.

How many paintballs are included?arrow icon

100 paintballs are included with the ride. An additional 100 may be purchased for $5.

Are there any age restrictions?arrow icon

Riders 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult/parent.

Are reservations/tickets required?arrow icon

Yes. Tickets are required and must be purchased in advance.

Trail Ride FAQ's

What days are trail rides held?arrow icon

Currently, trail rides are held on Saturday mornings.

What time should I arrive?arrow icon

You must arrive 30 minutes before your ride starts, or you may be rescheduled or your ride cut short.

All trail rides last for one hour unless inclement weather hits.

What should I wear? arrow icon

Close-toed shoes are required. 

We encourage riders to wear long pants or jeans (but not required). During the spring & fall, you may want to bring a sweatshirt or jacket just in case it gets windy or cool.

What should I bring? arrow icon

Depending on the season, you may want to bring sunscreen and/or bug spray to apply before your ride. You may also want to bring a well-fitting hat or sunglasses to block the sun. Backpacks are not permitted.

What is your weight limit? arrow icon

Trail Rides: 250 pounds

Pony Rides: 90 pounds

Weight limits will be enforced for the protection of the horse and rider.

How old do I have to be to ride a horse? arrow icon

Children must be ten years old to go on a trail ride. Kids younger than ten may go on a hand-led pony ride if circumstances allow.
An adult rider must accompany children 12 & under.

Do you allow double-riding? arrow icon

Due to our terrain, we do not allow double-riding for the safety of our guests.

Do I need a reservation? arrow icon

Reservations are required at this time and may be made only by calling 918-446-4FUN.

What is the cancellation policy for Trail Rides.arrow icon

We require at least a 48-hour notice of cancellation before your scheduled ride to receive a refund.  All rides are subject to weather, trail conditions, horse health concerns, or unsafe conditions. Should Tulsa Trails West be forced to cancel your ride, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
